Plastid-psbJ 3UTR RNA motifs were identified in Inverted Repeats (IR) sequences in the 3 prime untranslate region (3UTR) of psbJ genes. psbJ gene product is an element of the Photosystem II (PSII) protein complex coupled to the thylakoid membranes of chloroplasts [1].

This clan contains 5 families and the total number of sequence regions in the clan is 7,286.
