Researchers at the plant snoRNA database have established that the following arabadopsis, human and S. cerevisiae snoRNAs target modifications on orthologous positions of the ribosome: snoR44_J54 and U74&SnR64, snoR44_J54 and U79 [2]. The following bioinformatic methods were used to confirm the relationship between these families: HMMER3 [3].
